1. Interpretation & Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Company refers to Nevera Auto.
• Website refers to the Nevera Auto international store.
• Goods means the automotive parts and accessories offered for sale.
• Order means a purchase request submitted by You.
• You refers to the customer or legal entity placing an Order.
• Service refers to the Website and associated services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or placing an Order, You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service

If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.

3. Pricing & Taxes (International Orders)

All prices displayed on the international store are tax-free and do not include VAT, GST, sales tax, import duties, or customs fees.

You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are non-refundable.

4. Orders & Payments

All Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

If an Order is cancelled by us before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

5. Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Order Products

All custom, made-to-order, and special order products are final sale.

These items are produced, manufactured, or sourced specifically for your Order and:

• Cannot be cancelled once the Order is placed
• Cannot be returned or exchanged
• Cannot be refunded, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom steering wheels
• Most carbon fibre interior and exterior components
• All items tagged as Special Order

6. Headlights & Large Fragile Items

Due to their size, fragility, and packaging requirements, all headlight assemblies are non-returnable once delivered.

Once shipped, we cannot guarantee packaging integrity or re-test functionality. As such, these items cannot be accepted back as brand-new inventory.

7. Shipping & Delivery

International shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to You once the Order has been dispatched and handed to the courier.

Nevera Auto is not liable for delays or losses caused by:

• Customs inspections or clearance delays
• Courier disruptions or peak-season congestion
• Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
• Force majeure events

8. Returns & Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our International Returns & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Only eligible standard (non-custom, non-special order) products may be returned, subject to approval.

9. Installation Disclaimer

Nevera Auto is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow proper installation procedures.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for all automotive products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevera Auto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, loss of profits, or installation-related issues.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Order.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to international commerce, without regard to conflict of law principles.
