Easy plug and play
I bought welcome lights for my 2018 pre-facelift Mercedes C-Class. I was nervous at first because the shipment and manufacturing came from China. However, the customer service was amazing. The package arrived right on time. The lights fit perfectly. The product looks to be of very high quality. I am extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend them!
Not compatible with existing idrive that I’m replacing. Awaiting supports feedback.

Touch screen is very responsive, wife loves that portion. Getting static when using Spotify and Amazon music via carplay, driving the wife crazy as that is her primary use. Not noticing the static with siriusxm. Install was okay, youtube videos were not great as I had screws in different locations.

easy install and instructions were amazing
Easy to hook up but pay attention to instructions. I didn’t see the fiber optic cables in plug but back track the install and realized what I missed! The support was great! Installing the head unit back in was a bit difficult due to extra cable! Would like to see a more stable mounting with locking but it’s 100% better than the stock display! Highly recommend it. My brother wants the system in his 2015 E400!

This light connector does not fit a 2026 M4 Competition OEM connector. I would like to return this item. ***UPDATE*** Turns out I mistakenly ordered the F82 compatible lights. Spoke with their Customer Service rep on the issue. Will update further once current item received.
It took a while to get the item even when it was on island because of an issue with the tracking number, however after receiving the merchandise and installing them, they worked perfectly, it was worth the wait, many thanks

Easy to install- took some you tube scanning - but 1-2 hr tops. If I had to do again it would take 20 min. Including install of rear camera. Takes a little tinkering and more u tube/chat gpt to fine tune software. Screen is great. Only issue I’m having is that the microphone for phone is now a little poor in pickup.

The multimedia unit looks perfect on the dashboard and fits the car very well. Installation was clean and it really gives the interior a modern look. However, I still can’t set the Mercedes logo to appear when the car starts, so it doesn’t feel fully original. Another issue is that Spotify keeps lagging and the music cuts out frequently while playing, and I don’t know how to fix it. Overall, the screen and fitment are great, but these software issues need improvement.

I had trouble with the fitment. The new bracket didn’t go deep enough, therefore I had to modify the bracket to make it fit. I also have trouble with “settings” on CarPlay, as it won’t let me scroll. I also have to go into the cars oem system to reconnect to either bt transmitter or original Bluetooth every time I start the car. I had to adjust the equalizer on the Linux device as it played a lot lower volume than oem system. Overall happy with how the screen looks and reacts.
Definitely a great upgrade to my vehicle that looks and work well.

The shipment was fast. Item as described. It boots up really fast and the touch screen is very responsive. It integrates well with mmi knob and wheel buttons, feels like an original part of the car. The design is slim, very thin bezzels. For this price it is absolutely worth it. I reccomend it.
